What is a Tender?
A tender is a crucial document required for bidding on a contract. It serves as a tool for the buyer to assess your eligibility based on price and quality factors. Typically, you will need to provide a pricing document along with a set of questions that you must address in your response.
Our Process
Client to share tender details with Aim High Busnes a minimum of 25 working days before submission deadline.Â
Aim High to provide a quote based on the tender value, time and support required.Â
A meeting to discuss the tender and to answer questionnaire questions. In the same meeting, a detailed discussion around the proposal of tender.
Aim High Busnes to write first draft. Normally, portals have to be used to add details, it will be the responsibility of the business to share their log in details with Aim High Busnes in order to submit through the business account.Â
A first draft to be available within 7 working days of initial meeting.Â
Should a tender procurement process need to be followed for items more than £25,000 then this will be the first priority as it will need to be on the platform for 21 days.Â
Policies and supporting documents will need to be provided to Aim High Busnes as soon as possible.
Aim High Busnes will submit a full tender through the business account.
Our Pricing and how it works
There will be a fixed fee for the service, and if the application is approved, an additional fee of 3% will apply for applications up to £10,000.Â
Funding between £10,000 - £25,000 additional fee of 4%
Funding between £25,000 - £50,000 additional fee of 5%
Funding between £50,000 - £100,000 additional fee of 6%
Funding between £100,000+ additional fee of 7%
